Our shop is number 10 on the first floor of Gill Market in Hall Bazar. It’s a lively area with a lot of shops packed together. We focus on computers, whether it's fixing them or selling a few parts here and there. The stairs up to the first floor can be a bit steep, but once you’re here, it’s a decent little space. We have shelves full of cables, motherboards, and random screws that we might need someday. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but there is a system to the mess. Hall Bazar is always noisy, which we’ve grown used to over the years. We get all kinds of customers, from students needing a laptop repair to older folks who can't get their printers to work. We don't have a receptionist; you just walk in and talk to whoever is at the bench. We try to be fair and just charge for the work we actually do. Sometimes we stay late if a repair is being stubborn. It’s just how it goes with electronics. We don’t do fancy marketing or have a polished website. Most people find us because they were already in the market or someone told them we were okay. It’s a modest way to make a living, and it keeps us busy. We like the bustle of the market and the variety of tech problems that come through the door every single day.
