You can find Namdhari Computer Care right at Shop No. 6, just across from the SBI in the Cantt area. Kachari Chowk is usually a very busy place, so there is always something going on outside our door. We’ve been operating from this little spot for a good while, focusing on keeping people's computers running. It’s a small space, but we’ve managed to fit in everything we need for repairs and service. We get a lot of people who are visiting the bank and decide to drop off their laptops while they run errands. The noise from the traffic at the chowk is something you just get used to after a week or two. We spend our afternoons mostly hunched over desks with screwdrivers and soldering irons. It’s not the kind of job where you stay clean, but we don't mind the mess of wires and components. We try to be honest with people about what can be fixed and what’s probably a waste of money. Most of our customers are folks from the neighborhood or people working in the nearby offices. We don't have any big corporate goals; we just want to make sure we do a decent job so people come back next time they have a problem. It’s a simple setup, and we like the routine of opening up every morning and seeing what the day brings at the chowk.
