New Traditional Villa

New Traditional Villa is tucked away in Gali No. 5 of Gurnam Nagar. If you're coming down Sultanwind Road, you have to keep an eye out for the turn. House number 69/70 is where we are. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze in the lane sometimes, especially if a bigger vehicle tries to get through. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so there are always kids playing or neighbors chatting outside. We’ve been here for a bit, handling things from this spot. It’s not a huge operation. Most of the time we are just busy organizing stuff and making sure things are where they should be. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. Life at Sultanwind is pretty standard. We get the usual noise from the main road, but inside the villa, it's alright. We don't really do much advertising. People mostly find us by word of mouth or because they live nearby. It’s a family-run kind of feel here, even if it’s just business. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sorting out the day’s tasks. Sometimes the traffic on Sultanwind Road makes it a pain to get in and out during peak hours. But we are used to it by now. It’s just home and work all in one general area for us. We keep things moving.
