We’ve been a family-run setup for quite some time now. My father started things, and now we’re just keeping it going. We do a lot of overseas trade. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with shipping agents and customs. It can be a real headache sometimes, but we’ve learned how to navigate it over the years. Our building is simple. We have a small storage area and an office that’s usually cluttered with samples and folders. We don't like spending money on fancy furniture when the old stuff works just fine. We prefer to focus on the goods we are sending out. We’re just regular people. On breaks, we usually sit outside and watch the people going to the temple. It’s a nice part of the day and gives us a bit of a breather. We don't try to impress anyone with big talk. We just tell it like it is. If a shipment is going to be late, we tell you. If we can't get a certain product, we say so. It’s better to be honest than to make promises you can’t keep. That’s how we were taught to do business, and it’s served us well so far. We just hope to keep doing this for many years without too much fuss or unnecessary trouble.
