Gyanm Defence Academy (Opc) Private Limited

Our academy is located over at Juzar Singh Avenue, specifically care of Surjan Singh on Ajnala Road. It’s a part of Amritsar that most locals know fairly well. We started Gyanm Defence Academy (Opc) Private Limited to help young folks who want to get into the military or defense services. It's a tough path to take, and we try to give them a place to prepare. The office isn't anything special, just a practical space where we can focus on the work. We get people coming in from all over the Punjab area. It’s good to see kids with so much drive. Sometimes we’re here late into the evening getting things ready for the next day. The 143001 neighborhood is usually humming with activity. We don't spend a lot of money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We'd rather keep the focus on the training. There's a lot of discipline involved in what we do, but we try to keep the atmosphere friendly. You might hear us talking about exams or physical fitness if you walk by. It’s a small operation, being an OPC and all, so you’re usually talking to the same few people every time you visit. We’ve had a lot of students pass through Mahal Singh and Ajnala Road over the years. It feels good when we hear someone got their placement. We just keep doing what we do, day in and day out, right here in Amritsar. The tea is usually ready for visitors too.
