Srihari Restaurant

Srihari Restaurant is located at 1 Ranchhod Nagar, right on Station Road in Bagasra. We are very close to Shiv Travels, so we see a lot of travelers coming in with their bags and suitcases. Amreli is a quiet region, but this part of Bagasra stays active because of the bus and train connections. We opened this place because we saw how many people needed a meal while waiting for their transport. The restaurant has high ceilings and a few big windows that look out onto the street. You can see the buses pulling in and out from where you sit. The tables are wooden and have some scratches on them from years of use. We serve mostly local food that is easy to prepare quickly. My sons help out during the busy hours, wiping tables and taking water to the customers. We have a small kitchen area where my wife does most of the heavy cooking. It gets very warm in there during the summer months. We don't have a big sign outside, just the name painted on the wall. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoons, so we keep some candles and a flashlight handy. Most of the people who come here are regular travelers who know the bus schedules by heart. It’s a basic, family-run spot for anyone passing through or living here in Ranchhod Nagar. We just try to make sure nobody leaves hungry.
