M/S. Ultratech Cement Ltd., Unit : Narmada Cement- Jafarabad

Our office is situated in the Narmada Cement Housing Colony in Jafarabad. We are at C-1/6. This is a quiet part of the Amreli district in Gujarat. Being part of M/S. Ultratech Cement Ltd., specifically the Narmada Cement unit, means we are very tied to the local community here. A lot of us live and work in the same colony, so we see each other all the time. It’s a specialized kind of life near the coast. We manage the cement operations and the logistics that go with it. The air has a bit of salt in it from the sea, and there’s always a bit of cement dust around the plant. We don't have a big marketing department here. We just focus on the production and making sure the quality is what it should be. The office is functional and maybe a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us. We have our routines. We check the kiln reports, look at the shipping schedules, and have our lunch together. It’s a steady pace of life. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words. We just want to make sure the supply chain stays strong. Jafarabad is an industrial town, and we are proud to be a part of its daily life. It’s about getting the job done right every day without any drama.
