Vihanarya Concept School

Vihanarya Concept School is located in Dastur Nagar in Amravati. The area is mostly houses and a few small shops, so it’s a pretty standard neighborhood. The school building isn't very large, but we make use of every bit of space we have. There’s a small open area at the front where we do the morning assembly. It gets quite dusty when the wind blows through Dastur Nagar, so we are always sweeping the floors. The classrooms have simple whiteboards and rows of benches that are a bit cramped when the classes are full. We have a few fans that hum quite loudly, which helps with the heat in the afternoons. Most of the staff live nearby, so we just walk or ride our bikes to get here. The gate is a bit stiff to open in the morning. We don't have a big playground, but the kids manage to play some games in the courtyard during their lunch break. You can see the water tank from the roof, and that's usually where we go if we need a moment of peace. It’s a basic setup where the main thing is just getting the teaching done. We go through a lot of chalk and markers every month. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, except for when the school day ends and everyone heads home at once. We usually stay back a bit to fix the desks and clear the trash.
