B Sharp Science Academy

Our academy is tucked away in Ashok Colony, over on V M V Road in the Shivaji Nagar area of Amravati. Most people find us by looking for the Durga Temple in Rathi Nagar; we are quite close to that. It’s a nice, mostly residential part of town, so it isn't as loud as the main markets. We have a simple setup here. It’s basically a house that we’ve converted into a place for science classes. There’s a bit of a yard out front where students park their bicycles. Inside, we have a few rooms filled with stools and lab equipment. It isn't a high-tech laboratory, just the stuff needed for the students to understand their experiments. We’ve got shelves full of old textbooks and some glass jars. The walls have some marks from where we move the furniture around, and the lighting is just standard tube lights. It feels very much like a local school. We spend our days explaining physics and chemistry, sometimes drawing big diagrams on the board that stay there for days. It’s a quiet life here. We know most of the parents who live in the colony. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who really like teaching science. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of the road work nearby, but we keep the classrooms tidy. It’s just a regular place for students who need to spend extra time on their science subjects.
