My office is in a building called Krishnachhaya, located in the Camp area of Amravati. Camp is one of those parts of town that has its own distinct character, with some wider roads and older trees. It is generally a bit more spread out than the city center. Krishnachhaya is a place I have been using for quite a while now. It is a simple building, and I have my workspace set up inside to handle my daily business. It’s not a place with a lot of staff or big signs out front. When people come to see me, they usually know the Camp area well enough to find the way. The office itself is filled with the things I need for my work—mostly papers, a computer, and a few chairs for visitors. It is a comfortable enough spot, but definitely not polished or modern in a corporate way. There is a certain quietness to being in this part of Amravati, which helps when I need to focus on my tasks. I start my mornings here with a cup of tea and go through what needs to be done for the day. Sometimes neighbors stop by for a chat, or clients come in with their documents. It is a very grounded, local way of working. I don’t see any reason to move to a busier spot because Krishnachhaya has everything I need to stay productive and stay connected to the community here.
