The Rns Kitchen

Our kitchen is at Booth Number 146 in Sector 12a of Panchkula. We are quite close to Sarthak School, which helps people find us. Even though we are in Panchkula, we also send food over to Chandigarh since it’s just a short drive away. It is a small space, just a typical booth setup you find in these sectors. We don't have much room for sitting, so a lot of our work is for people taking food home or ordering out. It gets pretty hectic in the small kitchen area during dinner time. We have a couple of stoves going and everyone is moving fast to get things done. We have been operating in this sector for a while and know most of the neighbors. The area is usually quiet compared to the main markets, which is nice. We don't have any big signs or bright lights. It's just a regular local kitchen where we cook what we know. Sometimes we get orders from the other side of the city and it takes a bit longer to deliver. We just tell people honestly how long it will take. We don't use any fancy packaging, just the standard stuff that works. Our goal is just to keep the kitchen running and the orders moving. It’s a small family-run feel and we like keeping it that way. We just do our work and go home.
