Mehak Caterers

You can find Mehak Caterers in Panchkula, specifically at Cabin No-57 inside SCO-41-42 in Sector-11. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot, not a huge storefront. We operate out of this cabin to handle the bookings and the planning part of the catering. Most of our actual work happens in the kitchens or out at the party plots. Sector 11 is a busy area, so there’s always something going on outside the window. We’ve been doing this for a while now, and it’s mostly just word of mouth that keeps us going. We don't spend money on big advertisements or fancy websites. We just focus on the food we make. It’s a lot of coordination, making sure the servers show up on time and the heaters for the food are working. Sometimes things go wrong, a dish might be a bit late or someone forgets a crate of spoons, and we have to scramble to fix it. That’s just the reality of the catering business. It’s not as glamorous as it looks in the photos. It’s a lot of washing big pots and chopping vegetables for hours. We are just regular people trying to run a decent business in Panchkula. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that, we just want to make sure the food is hot and there’s enough for everyone who shows up.
