Gian Caterer runs out of House Number 2105 in Sector-15. It’s a bit different than having a shop in a market, as we work right out of this neighborhood. It started off small, just helping out neighbors with their functions, and then it just grew from there. Now, the house is always full of the smell of whatever is cooking that day. Our neighbors are pretty patient with the delivery vans coming and going. We try to keep things quiet, but a kitchen is rarely a silent place. We do everything ourselves, from picking out the vegetables in the morning to making sure the containers are packed right. Sector-15 has a nice feel to it, and being based in a house makes everything feel more personal. We don't have a big corporate sign or a reception desk. You just walk up to the gate. Most of our customers are people from around here who’ve known us for years. We aren't trying to impress anyone with fancy talk or modern gadgets. We just use the same recipes we’ve used for a long time. It works for us and it seems to work for the people who hire us. There’s a lot of pride in just doing a simple thing well every single day. We keep our overhead low and our focus on the food. That’s how we like it. We are just a family business in Sec-15 doing what we know best.
