Rohsum India

Rohsum India is located on the first floor of SCO-164. We are right in the Sector 3 market area, very close to the Community Centre. It’s a good spot because there’s always something happening nearby, though parking can be a nightmare sometimes. Being on the first floor means it’s a bit quieter than the ground floor shops, which helps us focus. We do mostly back-office work and some supply management tasks. The stairs are a bit steep and narrow, so we tell people to be careful when they come up. The office is just one main room and a tiny cabin for private calls. We have a few computers and a lot of files stacked up on the metal shelves. It’s not one of those modern glass offices you see in the big cities. We have old-fashioned wooden desks and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint next year. We’ve been operating out of Sector 3 for a while. We know the other shop owners around here pretty well. We often go down to the local tea stall during our afternoon break. It’s a small team of four people. We all do a bit of everything, whether it’s answering the phone or packing a small order for a client. Sometimes the market gets very crowded on weekends. We just focus on getting our daily tasks finished before it gets dark. It's a simple, honest way to run a business in a busy market like this.
