At 33 Mahesh Nagar in Ambala Cantt, things are usually pretty busy. We’ve been set up here for some time now and most people in the neighborhood know where we are. It’s just a regular office space where we handle different kinds of solutions for people who come in. Ambala Cantt has its own pace, and we just kind of fit into that. Some days are quieter than others, where we just sit and go through files or talk about what needs to be done next. Other days, the phone won't stop ringing and we’re all trying to do three things at once. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. It’s mostly just us at our desks working. If you walk past number 33, you’ll probably see us through the window. We’ve got a few chairs for visitors, but it’s not a fancy lounge. We just deal with the work as it comes. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait a bit, which gives us time to catch up on some talk. It’s a small team here at Swaran Solutions. We all know each other well. We don’t really do big meetings; we just shout across the room if we need something. It works for us. We just keep things moving and try to stay on top of the list of things to do every day. It is not always perfect but we get the job finished eventually.
