Pyonte Solutions Private Limited

We’re over in Ambala Cantt, at 18 Ashok Vihar, in a place called Deep Niwas. It’s in Mahesh Nagar. It feels more like a house that’s been turned into an office, which gives it a different feel than those big city blocks. Pyonte Solutions Private Limited has been here for a bit. It’s a neighborhood where people know each other. We see the same neighbors every morning when we arrive. Inside, it’s cozy. We don't have a lot of extra space, so we’re all pretty close together. This means we end up talking a lot and helping each other out. There’s no front desk or security guard at the gate. You just walk up to the door and come in. We have a small area where we keep our files and another for our computers. The lighting is just normal bulbs, nothing too bright or clinical. Ambala Cantt has its own rhythm, and we’ve settled into it nicely. We don't have a big corporate culture with retreats or team-building exercises. Our team building is just working through a difficult day together. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to do, and other times we leave a bit early if things are quiet. It’s a flexible, honest way of working. We’re just local people doing our jobs in a place that feels like home. It’s simple, and that’s how we like it. We focus on the day at hand and that’s about it.
