Working from a flat gives the whole business a different feel. It’s more relaxed and doesn't have that cold, sterile atmosphere you find in many office buildings. We set up our main workspace in the largest room and that’s where most of the magic happens, if you can call it that. It’s really just a lot of hard work and staring at monitors. It’s a small, dedicated team and we like it that way because we can actually talk to each other without having to schedule a formal meeting. Sometimes the building elevator is slow, but that’s about the only complaint we have. We started this company because we wanted to work for ourselves and do things our own way. We don't use any fancy marketing talk to describe what we do. We just come in, do the work, and get it finished for the people who hire us. It’s a simple life and it works for us. We just keep at it.
