New Naaz Unisex Salon

We are situated on the first floor at Sco 263 in Sector 16, Panchkula. It is right near the Telephone Exchange, which is a big landmark around here. Because we’re so close to the border, we end up serving a lot of people from Chandigarh too. It’s a unisex salon, so we see all kinds of people through the day. The shop is on the first floor, so you have to head up the stairs to find us. It gives us a bit of a view of the street below, which is nice. We aren't a big polished salon with a fancy entrance. We’re just a regular shop where a few of us work together. We’ve been in Sector 16 for a good while and we’ve become part of the daily life here. Some days it’s very busy with people from the nearby offices coming in for a quick trim during their lunch break. Other days it’s slower and we just sit and chat. We don't have a big marketing strategy or a mission statement. We just open the shop, make sure everything is clean, and wait for the first customer. We use standard equipment and keep things very basic. It’s a practical place for people who just want their hair taken care of by someone they know. We’ve kept the same way of working for years and it seems to suit everyone just fine.
