De Billiards The Salon is based at SCF-74, on the ground floor in the Inner Market of Panchkula Sector 10. We are quite close to Shammi Chat & Sweets, which is where most people go for a snack after visiting us. Even though we are in Panchkula, we have plenty of folks coming over from Chandigarh since it’s not a long drive. The name of the shop usually gets people talking, but once they come inside, they see we are just a regular, hard-working salon. We set up shop here because the Inner Market is always full of life. It’s a convenient spot where you can get your hair done and then finish your errands nearby. Inside, we have a few chairs and mirrors, and we try to keep the atmosphere relaxed. We aren't trying to be the most expensive or the flashiest place in town. We just want to give people a decent haircut and a place to sit for a bit. The staff here are just local people who know their way around a pair of shears. We do haircuts, styling, and some basic grooming for whoever walks through the door. It’s a straightforward business. We open early and stay until the evening rush is over. If you happen to be around Sector 10 and want to get your hair sorted, come find us near the chat shop. We are usually around and ready to help anyone who stops by.
