Our salon is on the first floor of DSS-406 in the Sector 8 Main Market of Panchkula. It’s directly opposite Shalimar Mall, so the location is pretty easy to find even if you’re coming from Chandigarh. We have a lot of customers who make that trip across the border just to see us. The shop is a bit away from the street noise since we are upstairs. It’s a decent-sized space where we’ve been working for a long time. Even though the name says Bobby Hair Designer, we are pretty humble about what we do. It’s just about making sure people leave looking better than when they walked in. We start the day early by making sure everything is sanitized and the shop looks presentable. We don't have a huge team, just a few of us who have been doing this for years. We’ve seen the mall across the street go through many changes while we’ve stayed mostly the same. Most of our clients are people we’ve known for a decade or more. They come in, we have a chat about how things are going, and we get to work. It’s a comfortable routine. We don't feel the need to be the flashiest place in Panchkula. We just want to be a reliable spot where you can get your hair done without any drama. It’s been a good business for us so far.
