Batra Computer Centre

Batra Computer Centre is situated at 15 Dayal Bagh, which is a nice little area. We are quite close to the Hanuman Mandir, so it’s easy for folks to find us if they know the neighborhood. We’ve been running this place for some time, focusing on teaching people how to use computers and helping out with technical stuff. It’s a relaxed atmosphere here. We don't have those stiff office chairs or cold lighting. It feels more like a local gathering spot where people come to learn something new. Sometimes the neighborhood kids drop by to ask for help with their homework, or older folks come in wanting to know how to use video calls to talk to their family. We don't have a big curriculum written in stone; we just try to help with what people actually need to know. The building is an older one, so it has its quirks, like a door that sticks when it’s humid. We don't mind, though. It’s homey. We aren't trying to be the biggest center in town, just a useful one for the people living in Dayal Bagh. There’s usually some chatter going on and maybe a radio playing softly in the background. It’s just us doing our thing and helping the community get a bit more comfortable with technology without all the pressure and big words.
