We run Artez Infoways Llp from Sector 2 in Panchkula. Specifically, we are at House No. 285 A. It’s a nice enough area and quite easy to find once you are in the sector. We decided to set up here because it’s a lot quieter than the main city centers. Our work is mostly focused on info-tech stuff, which means we spend a lot of time on our laptops and talking to clients on the phone. The office is really just a converted house, so it feels very lived-in and comfortable. We don't have a big HR department or any of those corporate layers. If there’s a problem, we just talk to each other and fix it. It’s a very direct way of working. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad, which is a big plus. We’ve been at this address for a bit now and have gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. People often ask what we actually do, and we just tell them we handle tech stuff for other businesses. It’s a simple life. We aren't looking to expand into some giant tower; we like being a small team in Panchkula. It keeps things manageable and we know exactly what’s happening with every project. Just a local business doing its thing every day. We hope to stay here for a long time. It feels like home to us and the team.
