We are located out in Kishangarh Bas, right on the Alwar Road. If you are coming by bus, you will see us because we are very close to the main bus stand. It is a good spot for a steel business since everyone passes through here eventually. Our yard is usually stacked with different types of steel rods, sheets, and pipes. It is a bit of a dusty place, especially when the wind blows across the open road. We spend a lot of time loading and unloading trucks that come in from the bigger cities. The noise from the bus stand is something you just get used to after the first week. We have a small office where we sit to handle the bills and talk to the farmers or builders who come in looking for materials. There is nothing fancy about how we do things here. We just weigh the steel, give the price, and help get it onto whatever vehicle the customer brought. Sometimes it is a tractor, sometimes a small tempo. The sun gets quite strong in the afternoons, so we usually take a short break for some cold water or tea from the stall nearby. It’s a straightforward trade, and we have been at this location long enough that people know they can find us here six days a week without fail.
