Our office is at 47 Ramanand Nagar, just behind the Lal Diggi area in Alwar. It’s a quiet enough spot in Rajasthan where we’ve set up Essar to handle our daily tasks. Being tucked away behind a landmark like Lal Diggi makes it easier for people to find us once they know the general direction. The building we are in is quite modest, and that’s exactly how we like it. We aren't trying to put on a show for anyone. We have our desks, our files, and a bit of space to think. Most of our days are spent just working through whatever comes our way. The neighborhood is mostly houses, so it’s not as chaotic as being right on a main highway. We appreciate the calm of Ramanand Nagar because it lets us get things done without too many distractions. Essar isn’t some giant corporation with hundreds of rules; we are just a small team in Alwar doing our bit. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know us by sight. It’s a good community to be a part of. We don't use fancy titles or have big meetings about goals. We just come to work and try to be useful. If you ever stop by, you’ll see we are just regular people in a regular office. It’s honest work in a place that feels like home. It gets hot in the summer, but we manage. We keep a few fans going and just get on with it.
