You can find us on the first floor of the Royal Complex. It’s in the Civil Line area. The stairs are a bit steep, so we usually tell people to take their time coming up. We are at unit number 2. It’s a standard commercial building, nothing too flashy about it. Chirag Agencies has been operating from here for quite some time. We deal with our clients and suppliers mostly over the phone, but people do walk in now and then. The office is full of ledger books and samples. We haven’t really bothered with the latest modern decor. The old wooden desks work just fine for us. Civil Line is a busy part of town, so there is always a lot of traffic noise outside. We’ve gotten used to it. The tea stall downstairs makes a good cup, and that’s basically our fuel for the day. We don’t have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It’s just a few of us making sure orders get sent out and payments get tracked. Sometimes we stay late when things get piled up, but mostly we try to head home on time. It is a straightforward business. We don’t use big words or have long meetings. We just talk about what needs to be done and then we do it. It’s worked for us so far. We are just local people doing a job we know well.
