U K Granite

U K Granite is our little setup here at 19, Perumbavoor Road in Vazhakkulam. We have been working with stone for a good while now. It is a busy road, so there is always something going on outside. Inside the yard, it is mostly just the sound of stone being moved or cut. We handle a lot of granite slabs. It is heavy, tiring work, but it is what we do. People from around Vazhakkulam come to us when they are doing up their houses or starting a new building project. We don’t have any big sales pitches or fancy flyers. People usually just hear about us from their neighbors or see the sign while driving by. The stock changes depending on what we can get in, so there is usually something different to look at every few weeks. We try to keep the edges clean and the surfaces smooth. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine breaks, and things get delayed, but we always manage to catch up. It is just a regular local business. We focus on the granite and making sure the pieces are what the customer asked for. If you need a slab for a project, you can find us easily on Perumbavoor Road. We’re usually there from morning until evening, just working away. Nothing too complicated about it. We just like working with stone and being part of the community here in this part of town.
