Travelling Solutions

We are over at A-12-A in the Ram Mohan Plaza, which is in the Madhukunj part of Katra. We are right in front of the Allahabad Bank, so most people use that as a way to find us. Being in a plaza means there are always people walking by, especially those going to the bank. Our office is just a regular unit in the building. It’s where we sit and manage all the travel bookings. We have been here in Katra for a while. It’s a busy area, and there is always something going on outside. Inside, it’s just us with our computers and phones. We don't have any fancy decorations or a big staff. It’s a small operation where we handle everything ourselves. Most of our day is spent talking to people about where they want to go and checking what’s available for them. We write down the details and make sure the plans are set. It’s practical work. We aren't some big corporate entity with a lot of rules. We just work from this desk and try to keep everything organized. Sometimes the plaza gets a bit loud, but we are used to it. People often drop in while they are doing their banking across the way. We just keep things simple and focus on the day’s tasks. That’s how we’ve always done it here in Katra.
