Ss Travels

We are based out of Jhalwa, which is where we keep our vehicles and run our small travel setup. It's not a very big office, just a room with a desk and some maps on the wall. Most of the time, we are out on the road anyway. Whether it’s driving someone to the station or helping a family plan a trip, we stay pretty occupied. Jhalwa is a growing area, so we see a lot of new faces coming through. We’ve had some of these cars for years and we know every sound they make. Sometimes the phones ring at odd hours because someone's bus was late or they need a ride early in the morning. We just handle it as it comes. The logs and registers are a bit messy, but we keep track of the bookings okay. It’s mostly just us and a few drivers who know the routes around here like the back of their hands. We don't have any flashy brochures, just the service we provide to whoever walks in or calls. The tea shop next door is where we usually wait between trips. It’s a modest way to make a living, but we like being part of the community here. Every day is different depending on who needs to go where. We just keep the engines running and make sure we get people where they need to go.
