At Tahumo Exports Private Limited, our day usually begins around nine in the morning at our office in G T B Nagar. Being located at B-1732 in Kareli means we are right in the middle of a lot of residential houses and small shops. It is a decent spot, though the parking can be a real headache for anyone visiting us. Most of what we do involves a lot of paperwork and phone calls because exporting things isn't as simple as it sounds. There are always forms to fill out and people to chase down for signatures. Our office isn't very corporate looking; it's more like a lived-in space with old desks and a lot of stacked files that we promise to organize one day. We have a small team, and we all know each other’s business, which is just how it goes in a place like this. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, and we just sit around and wait for it to come back on while talking about the weather or local news. It’s a practical way to earn a living, and we don't try to make it seem like more than it is. We handle the logistics and make sure the boxes get where they are supposed to go. It can be stressful when a shipment is delayed, but we just deal with it and move on to the next task without too much fuss.
