Srishti Trading Ltd. is at 57, Dayanand Marg. If you’re looking for us, look for the blue door near the corner. It’s a busy street, so there’s always the sound of horns and people talking outside the window. We’ve been at this number for years now. The rooms inside are a bit dark because the buildings are so close together, but we have some good lamps. We spend a lot of time checking the stock and making sure the deliveries are ready to go out. The guys who drive the trucks are always in a hurry, so it gets a bit loud in the afternoons. We have a small kitchen in the back where we make coffee. It’s nothing special, just a regular place where people work. We don't have any polished floors or glass walls. Just some solid desks and a lot of paper. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and wait, or we use the flashlights on our phones to keep working. Dayanand Marg is a good place to be because everything is close by. We know the guy who runs the shop next door and the woman who sells snacks on the corner. It feels like a little community even though it’s just a busy road. We just keep moving forward, one day at a time, doing what we do. The paperwork never really ends, does it?
