New Punjab Caterers & Tent House has its base over at 6C, Kamla Nehru Road in Allahabad. We are pretty close to the Power House, which makes it an easy landmark for anyone looking for us. We spend most of our time dealing with food and setting up tents for various functions around the city. It is a lot of heavy lifting and long hours in the kitchen. When a big event comes up, we are usually out there early in the morning getting the poles and fabric ready. The cooking side is just as busy. We have been in this spot on Kamla Nehru Road for a good bit of time. People come by the office to talk about menus or how many chairs they might need for a party. It is a straightforward business. We don't try to make things look more than they are. If someone needs a tent, we bring the tent. If they need food, we cook it. Allahabad gets quite hot, so working outdoors with the tents can be a bit of a struggle, but we get it done. The neighborhood knows us well. We just keep doing what we do, day in and day out, from our little corner near the Power House. It might not be the fanciest setup in the world, but it works for us and the people who hire us.
