We are located at 37/36, Meera Gali in Daragunj. It’s quite near the Dara Ganj Police Station, so that’s a good landmark to look for if you’re coming to see us. Daragunj has those narrow lanes and a very specific feel to it, being so close to the river. Our office is right in the middle of all that. It’s a small place, maybe a bit cramped when we have a lot of files around, but it works for us. We’ve been here in Allahabad for a long time. Mostly, we just help people with their travel tickets and car rentals. It’s not a fancy setup with air conditioning or glass walls. It’s just a regular room where we sit and work. We spend most of our day on the phone or talking to people who walk in from the gali. Sometimes the noise from the street is loud, but you get used to it. We keep track of everything in our notebooks and on the computer. It’s a lot of coordination with drivers and making sure the timings are right. We aren't trying to be a corporate giant. We are just a local business in Daragunj doing our thing. People know they can find us here near the station. We just take it day by day and try to keep the bookings in order.
