By The Way Restaurant & Lounge

You can find us out on Khelgaon Road in the Jhalwa part of Allahabad. We are pretty close to the IIIT Jhalwa campus, so we get a lot of students and people from around there coming in for a bite. It’s a restaurant and a lounge, nothing too over the top or fancy. We just wanted a place where people could sit down and have a meal without a lot of fuss or noise. The area around here has changed a bit lately with more buildings, but we stay pretty much the same. We open up and serve what we’ve got on the menu every day. It gets busy during certain times of the day, especially when the college is in session. The address is 211011 if you're trying to find the pin on your phone. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything like that. We just focus on the food and making sure the tables are clean for the next person. It’s a straightforward setup for normal people. If you're driving down Khelgaon Road, you'll see our sign. We’ve been here long enough that most locals know the spot. Sometimes it’s quiet and we just sit around, sometimes it’s loud, just depends on the night. We aren't trying to be the fanciest place in town, just a reliable one for a meal. Most of the staff live nearby in Jhalwa. It’s a decent place.
