Ojas Softech Private Limited

Ojas Softech Private Limited operates out of 227 Media Times Apts in Abhay Khand- 4, Indira Puram. It is a bit unusual because we are located inside a residential apartment complex, which makes for a much quieter work environment than a typical commercial building. Our office is basically a converted flat where we have set up rows of computers and desks. You can hear the sounds of the neighborhood, like kids playing or cars parking, while we are inside working on software and coding. It feels more like a home than a corporate office, which we actually prefer. We have a small kitchen where we make our own coffee and sometimes share a meal together during the afternoon. Since we are in Abhay Khand- 4, it is easy for the staff to commute, and there are plenty of small shops nearby if we need to grab something quickly. The rooms are a bit cramped because of all the wires and servers we have running, but it stays cool enough with the fans going. We don't have a big sign outside or a receptionist at the front. Most people who come to see us are either friends or people we have worked with for years. It is a relaxed way to run a tech company, just focusing on the screens and the logic without all the usual office drama.
