The yard stays pretty active because we’re right near that junction and there’s always someone passing by. We started this because we saw a need for these kinds of materials in the Mavelikara area and it’s been going okay so far. It’s just a small crew of us making sure the machines are running and the bricks are curing right. We don't have any big marketing plans or a board of directors, just a few guys who know how to mix the concrete and get the shapes right. The yard gets a bit loud when the machines are on, but that’s the sound of work getting done. We keep our prices as fair as we can because we know how expensive building a house can be. Sometimes people come in just to ask questions about how many they’ll need, and we try to help them figure it out based on what we’ve seen before. It’s a practical business and we don't try to make it seem like anything else. We’re just here on Vallikunnam Road most days, getting the bricks ready and waiting for the next truck to pull in. The work is steady and we like it that way.
