It’s a pretty standard spot for a small business. We’ve been in this part of Maharashtra for quite some time now. The office isn't anything you'd see in a magazine. It’s just a practical place to get work done. We have our desks, our computers, and a small area for files. Most of the time it’s just the sound of fans and people talking. We don't have a big reception desk. Usually, if someone comes by, one of us just looks up and says hello. It is a very relaxed atmosphere in that sense. Akola is our home and we like being part of the local community here. We don't do much marketing or anything like that. People mostly know us through word of mouth or because they’ve seen the sign. It’s a small team here. We all know each other well and we don’t have many meetings. We just get on with it. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, but we try to keep a normal schedule. It’s just a small consultancy trying to do a good job for the people we work with. Nothing more and nothing less than that. We are just working folks.
