My name is Nishantbhagat and I am located in Akola, Maharashtra. You can find me at number 7 in Kapila Nagar, right off Gorakshan Road. I have been at this spot for several years. Akola is known for being quite hot during the summer months, so we usually start our work very early in the morning to beat the heat. This isn't a massive operation with dozens of employees. It is just a small, functional office where I take care of my daily business. Most of the people I work with are from this part of the city. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write professional descriptions for us. It’s just me and a couple of other people keeping things moving forward. Gorakshan Road is a busy area, so there is always some noise from the traffic and people outside. Inside, we just focus on whatever work needs to be finished. We don't really follow any corporate trends or use fancy business jargon. We just do things the way they have always worked for us. If someone has a question or a problem, they usually just walk in and we talk about it. It feels more personal and honest that way. Being in Kapila Nagar means being part of a real community. You see the same people every day and it makes the work feel more grounded. We keep it simple, keep it honest, and just try to do a decent job every day.
