The True Taste

If you ever go to the Miraj Mall in Ajmer, you will find us at counters number 9 and 10. We are right near the Bajrangadh Temple in the Bajrangadh area. The 305001 zip code is a pretty busy part of town, especially with the temple nearby and all the people coming into the mall. The True Taste isn't a big sit-down restaurant, it's more of a mall counter setup, but we put in a lot of effort every day. We start early to get everything prepped before the mall doors open. It can get quite loud with all the shoppers and the music playing in the hallways, but we've gotten used to it. We don’t have a fancy office or a marketing team. It's just a few of us behind the counter, making sure the orders are right and the space is clean. Sometimes the mall gets really hot in the summer, and we just have to keep the fans going and keep working. It's part of the job here in Ajmer. Sometimes the lines get long on holidays because of the temple crowds, and we just do our best to keep up. We like being in this part of Ajmer because there is always something happening. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just serve food to people who are out shopping or visiting the area. It’s a simple business, and we try to keep it that way without overcomplicating things. It’s a lot of standing on our feet, but we’re happy to be here.
