Smc [ Recruitment Firm ]

We are Smc, a recruitment firm based at 264-Devi Nagar, which is right off New Sanganer Road in the Sodala area of Jaipur. Our office is actually C/O Mr. Meghraj Kundalwal, so it has a very personal, local feel to it. It’s not a corporate headquarters with a glass facade. Instead, it’s a place where we sit down with resumes and talk to people about their careers. New Sanganer Road is always packed with vehicles, so there’s a constant hum of engines outside our window. Inside, we have some old metal cabinets and a few chairs for visitors. We don't have a big staff, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering phones to filing papers. Recruitment can be a bit of a roller coaster. Some days we find the perfect person for a job, and other days nothing seems to go right. We don't use any high-tech software to pick candidates; we just read through the files and use our best judgment. It’s a lot of work and the paperwork can get a bit overwhelming sometimes. We try to keep the place organized, but there are always folders that need sorting. We’ve been in Devi Nagar for quite a while now and we know the area well. We aren't trying to be a huge agency. We just want to help people find work in a way that’s honest and straightforward.
