Asstt.Administrative Officer

The office here is located at H.No. 170-B/45 in New Geeta Colony, which is a pretty quiet part of Ajmer. Being so close to B.K. Kaul Nagar means there is always a bit of movement around, but our specific street stays mostly calm throughout the day. We spend most of our time dealing with heaps of paperwork and filing things away in the cabinets. It is basically just a standard administrative setup with a few desks and a lot of registers. The building itself is just a regular house that we have adapted for our work. Sometimes the Rajasthan heat makes the afternoons a bit sluggish, especially when the ceiling fans are just pushing warm air around. We have been in this spot for a while now and the locals know us. Finding the place can be a little tricky if you are not familiar with the house numbering in Bidam, but once you find the main landmark near the colony, it is straightforward. Our daily routine is mostly just keeping up with the records and making sure the files are in the right place. There is nothing particularly exciting about the furniture or the layout. It is just a practical space where the assistant administrative officer and the rest of the staff handle the day-to-day tasks. We usually have tea brought in from the stall down the road. It is just a normal, busy office trying to stay organized.
