Oasis Hr

Our office is located in Ganpati Vihar Colony, right behind the NIIT building on Lohagal Road in Ajmer. We also do some work over at Banasthali Vidyapith in Rajasthan. It’s a bit of a quiet spot, which is nice when you’re trying to focus. We do HR work at Oasis Hr, which mostly means we talk to people all day long. Some days it’s about finding a new job for someone and other days it’s helping a company sort out their paperwork. We’ve got a small setup here. It’s not a big fancy headquarters. We just have our desks, our computers, and way too many notebooks. The weather in Rajasthan gets really hot, so the AC is usually working overtime in our little office. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just come in, do the work, and go home. People come by the colony looking for us and sometimes they get lost because the turn-off is small. We’ve been here for a bit now and we know the local area pretty well. Dealing with people can be tiring, but it’s what we do. We try to keep things simple and honest. No big promises, just looking through applications and making calls. It’s a steady kind of life here and we’re quite alright with that. We just try to be helpful to whoever walks through the door or calls our phone. There is some management wisdom we pick up along the way, I guess.
