Over at G-179 in the Riico Industrial Area Extension-Makhupura, you’ll find our workshop. We go by the name Shri Bhagwati Machines Pvt. Ltd., but it’s really just a place where we get our hands dirty with iron and steel. We’ve been in this extension area for a long time, and we’ve seen it fill up with all sorts of businesses. Our focus is mainly on the machinery side of things. There’s always a lot of noise—clanking, welding, and the hum of motors. It’s definitely not a place for someone who likes things quiet. We have a team of guys who are really good at figuring out why a machine isn't running the way it should. We spend a lot of time on our feet, walking between different benches and checking parts. It’s the kind of work where you’re always learning something new because no two problems are ever exactly the same. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that. Most people come to us because they heard we can fix things or build what they need. We keep a lot of spare parts lying around, so it might look a bit messy to an outsider, but we know where everything is. The days are long, especially when we have a big project to finish, but we just put our heads down and get it done.
