Satish Kumar Bansiwala

Satish Kumar Bansiwala is the name on the door here. We are located at 1 Mayo College Link Road, which is right across from the Holy Family Hospital. It’s a pretty easy place to find if you know where the hospital is. The office is small and doesn't have much in the way of decoration. We have a few chairs for guests and a desk that’s seen better days. We’ve been in this spot for quite a while now. The road outside can get very noisy with ambulances and school traffic, but we don't mind it much. We aren't a company with a hundred employees. It’s just a handful of us managing things. We don't have a fancy mission statement or a set of corporate values printed on the wall. We just show up and do what needs to be done. Most of our day is spent answering the phone or talking to people who stop in. We try to be helpful and honest about what we can do. Sometimes the computer acts up, or we run out of tea, but we get by. We aren't trying to scale up or become a national brand. We just like being part of the community here. It’s a practical life, and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is. We just keep the doors open and do our work.
