Gahlot Food Production Private Limited is based in Ajmer, specifically in the Subhash Nagar area. If you are looking for us, we are down Gali No.14 on the Ashok Nagarnari Shala Road. It is a bit of a tuck-away spot but that works out fine for us. We have been in Ajmer for quite a while and most of the staff here grew up in the nearby streets. We don’t have a marketing department telling us what to say, so we just talk like normal people. Our work involves a lot of time in the production area making sure the food items are prepared correctly. Subhash Nagar is a nice community and we feel lucky to have our setup here. The building isn't brand new and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it's where we get things done. We don't really believe in making things sound more complicated than they are. We make food products and we sell them. It involves a lot of lifting, cleaning, and keeping track of inventory. Sometimes the machines act up or the delivery gets delayed, but that’s just part of the daily life in a production unit. We are just a group of local people working hard in Gali No.14 to make a living and keep the business going year after year. It’s honest work and we take it one day at a time.
