Fashion Market

Fashion Market is tucked away in Nala Bazar, right near the Dargah Bazar area. It’s an old part of town and the streets are pretty narrow, so it gets crowded fast. We spend most of our mornings setting out the displays so people walking by can see what’s new. There is a lot of history in these walls, even if it’s just a clothing shop. The smells of the market, like incense and street food, always drift inside. We have stacks of different fabrics and ready-made items piled up on the wooden shelves. Some of the shelves are a bit crooked because they’ve been there so long. We know most of the other shopkeepers around here, so there is always someone to chat with when things are slow. Rain can be a problem sometimes because the water pools up in the street outside, but we just put out some sandbags and keep going. Customers come from all over, especially during the festival seasons. It’s not a quiet place to work, but we enjoy the energy of the bazaar. We don't have a website or anything like that, just the physical shop where you can touch the clothes before you buy them. It’s a basic way of doing things, but it works for us and the people who live around here. We have been in this spot for years and don't plan on moving.
