Jaipur Jungle

If you go up to the 6th floor of the Shrinath Ji Miraj Mall, you will find us there. We are right by the Bajrang Garh Circle in Ajmer. Being on the top floor means we see a lot of the city from the windows. The 305001 area is always crowded, especially near the mall. It gets quite loud downstairs with all the shoppers, but it is a bit different up here. We call the place Jaipur Jungle and we just try to keep things going. The elevators can be slow sometimes, so we wait for folks to come up. Most days we are just prepping ingredients and making sure the tables are set. It's not a corporate setup at all. It is just a few of us working together. We see families coming in after they finish their shopping or people just looking for a break from the heat outside. The mall has its own rhythm and we are just one part of it. Sometimes the rain hits the big windows and you can barely see the circle below. We don't do much marketing or anything. People usually just find us because they are already at the mall or live nearby in Ajmer. It is a decent spot to work. We spend a lot of time just talking to each other and making sure things are okay. It is a simple job in a busy building. We just keep the lights on and wait for the next person to get off the elevator.
