We set up this place in Angira Nagar because we saw people nearby needed help with their computers and tech stuff. It’s right on Nasirabad Road, a bit of a busy area but easy to find once you know the 537/28 plot. We’ve been here for a while now. Most days it’s just us fixing software issues or dealing with hardware that won’t start up. It isn't a fancy office with glass walls or anything. It’s just a practical space where we get the work done. Sometimes the internet acts up, which is ironic for an IT place, but we manage. If you’re coming from Bihari Ganj, just look for the sign near the turn. We usually have a few systems pulled apart on the desks. We deal with whatever comes through the door, from small laptop fixes to bigger office setups for local shops. We don't really do the big sales pitches. People just drop by when their screen goes black or they need some software installed properly. It gets dusty being near the road, so we spend a fair bit of time cleaning the monitors. We try to be fair about how long things take. If a part is missing, we tell you straight. It’s a simple operation really. We stay busy enough. The street outside is usually full of bikes and the sound of horns, so it’s never really quiet here. We’ve got a small fan that rattles in the corner.
