Apex Provision

Apex Provision is our shop over in Kangarwada. It’s right near the Ajmeri Gate, so there is always a lot of movement outside. We sell groceries and household stuff that people need for their kitchens. It’s a busy area and the shop is usually full of bags of rice and lentils. We started this because there wasn't a good place close by for the locals to get their supplies without walking too far. The space isn't very big, so we have to stack things high. Sometimes I have to climb a ladder just to get a packet of tea for someone. It’s a bit of a workout. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks. People come here because they know we are honest and we have what they want. My son helps me out in the evenings after his classes. We know most of our customers by name and we know what they usually buy. It’s a community thing more than a business. The noise from the gate area is constant, but you get used to it after a few years. We keep the doors open from morning until late at night. It’s hard work, but it keeps us busy. We just try to keep the shelves full and the prices fair for the neighborhood. Dealing with the daily crowd at Ajmeri Gate is just part of our life and we wouldn't change it.
