Aanjany Chil An Chilli

Station Road is always busy with people coming and going from the trains. Aanjany Chil An Chilli is right here on this street. We have been in this spot for quite a while now. The shop isn't anything fancy to look at. It’s just a regular place where we do our work every day. The noise from the station is something you get used to after a week or two. We open the doors early in the morning when the first trains arrive. The floor is concrete and we have to sweep it a lot because of the dust from the road. Aanjany Chil An Chilli is just the name we’ve always used. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us working the counter and the back. The sun shines right into the front window in the afternoon, making it quite warm inside. We have a couple of old fans that rattle when they are on high speed. It’s a simple way to make a living. We see many different faces every day, mostly people in a hurry to catch a ride. We don't have a website or do any of that modern marketing stuff. If you walk down Station Road, you will see our sign. It’s a bit weathered now, but it’s still there. We just keep doing what we do and hope the day goes well. That is about it for us.
