Sai Engineers & Machineries Pvt. Ltd. is based at A-23 in the MIDC Area. If you come by, you’ll probably hear the sound of metal hitting metal or the hum of some machine being tested. It’s an industrial zone, so it’s not exactly the quietest place to work. We have a workshop floor and a small office area off to the side. The office has a few old chairs and a lot of technical manuals stacked on the shelves. We’ve been at this location for a long time. We work with engineering parts and different kinds of machinery. It’s a hands-on job, so our hands are usually a bit greasy by the end of the day. We aren't the type of people who wear suits to work. We prefer work boots and sturdy clothes. The roof is made of tin, so when it rains, it gets really loud inside. We just shout over the noise. MIDC is full of businesses like ours, and there is a real sense of hard work in the air. We aren't a giant corporate entity. We are just a group of people who understand how machines work. We spend our days troubleshooting problems and making sure the equipment is ready to go. It’s practical work and we take pride in doing it ourselves.
